India has launched its first nuclear submarine, "Silent Killer” into the sea, making it the sixth country in the world to build a nuclear submarine. There are no corona virus patient being treated In 17 government and 60 private hospitals in Punjab.

Decrease in Corona cases in Punjab has also reduced the admission of patients in hospitals. 77 government and private hospitals in Punjab have become empty of Corona patients. No patient remained under treatment. ICU wards and isolation wards of hospitals have become vacant.

At present 416 patients are undergoing treatment in government and private hospitals of Punjab out of which 69 patients are undergoing treatment in ICU. Similarly, 159 patients are undergoing treatment in Hyde Pendency Unit and 188 patients in Isolation Ward. There are no patients under treatment in the hospitals at present. As on June 30, 631 patients were being treated in private hospitals in Punjab.

By July 29, that number would have been reduced to 54. On the other hand, 32 people died of corona virus in the last 24 hours, of whom 29 died in hospitals and three died at home during quarantine. According to the National Command and Operations Center 21,628 tests for corona virus were conducted across the country in the last 24 hours, including 9,520 in Sindh, 7,100 in Punjab, 1,552 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and 2,000 in Islamabad. 113, 906 in Balochistan, 116 in Gilgit-Baltistan and 321 in Azad Kashmir.

So far, the number of people defeating Code-19 across the country has reached 246,131. In Balochistan, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, no Covid-19 patient is on ventilator. Out of 1,859 ventilators allocated for Covid-19 patients across the country, 224 are on ventilators. Across the country, the active cases of Covid-19 have increased by 1,114 patients in the last 24 hours to 25,347.

So far, the number of people infected with corona virus in the country is 277,402 out of which 120,052 in Sindh, 2,065 in Azad Kashmir, 11,708 in Balochistan, 2,090 in Gilgit-Baltistan, 14000 in Islamabad. There are 14,987 patients in Abad, 33,845 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and 92,655 in Punjab, while the death toll from Covid-19 is 5,924. The total number of deaths in Sindh is 2,189 out of which 15 died in hospitals in the last 24 hours while 2 died in homes during quarantine. Similarly, 5 people were hospitalized in Punjab during the last 24 hours.
