KARACHI'S FAMOUS SEA
The Clifton Cantonment Board has begun work on a plan to improve the beach and make it international-style, with jogging tracks and watch towers being built here.

Karachi (Urdu Point News Latest. July 30, 2020) Clifton Cantonment Board has started work on a plan to make Karachi's famous Sea View a world-class tourist destination. Under the plan, jogging tracks and watch towers will be built here. According to details, it has been informed that the map of the coast of Karachi is being changed.

Efforts are being made to improve Karachi's most popular location, Sea View, in the style of foreign and world-class beaches. The Clifton Cantonment Board has begun work on a plan to improve Karachi's coastline and make it an international-style tourist destination. Under the project, grass planting work has been started on the coast.

First, more than 13 acres of land is being planted for greenery.

It has been informed that work will be done on the improvement of Sea View in 2 parts. In the first part, work will be done on the area from Nishan Pakistan to Chanki Manki. In the second part, work will be done in the area from Chanki Manki to Village Hotel. The entire coastline covers 90 acres, of which 13 acres will be green. It was further informed that under the project, a 1.76 km jogging track will be constructed for the public and five watch towers will also be constructed.

It has been reported that even after making Sea View a world class tourist destination, everyone will be allowed to come here. No one will be barred from entering. Residents of Karachi have expressed happiness over the project. It should be noted that Sea View is considered as the most famous tourist center of Karachi.

Prime Minister Imran Khan has announced a Rs 1100 billion rehabilitation package for Karachi. He said that a committee comprising stakeholders has been set up to solve the problems of Karachi. The China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), a flagship of China’s Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) that was officially launched in April 2015, promised transformational gains.   400 athletes from 45 countries will come to Pakistan for the event, sports ministers from 30 countries are also being invited.
