Israel-UAE Peace Deal- Effects Began To Show

Israeli businessmen and companies begin preparations to take over property business in the UAE.


The agreement between the United Arab Emirates and Israel, full cooperation in trade, diplomatic and medical fields has begun between the two countries. The UAE real estate market has its place and reputation around the world. Investors from around the world have invested billions of dirhams in the real estate business in the UAE.

Now, Israeli real estate companies and individuals are also planning to enter the UAE property market in order to maximize profits by strengthening their business roots in the UAE. According to the Gulf Times, Matthew Bartnik, associate director of Beau Champ Estates, a large real estate company based in the Israeli city of Tel Aviv, said that Israeli investors are eager to enter the real estate business in Karamarat.

Over the past two weeks, more than 50 Israeli investors and companies have contacted him for information on how to do property business in the UAE. While he himself has met with many developers. Prime Minister Imran Khan has announced a Rs 1100 billion rehabilitation package for Karachi. He said that a committee comprising stakeholders has been set up to solve the problems of Karachi.
